I'm currently based at my home in the small peaceful village of Four Elms in Kent, near to the borders with Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex, a short drive from the nearby towns of Edenbridge, Westerham, Sevenoaks, Oxted, East Grinstead, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, and close to the M25 (J5 or J6), M23 and M20.

I offer cognitive hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT at the Holistic Health Centre in Tunbridge Wells, which is within easy reach of larger towns such as Southborough, Pembury, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge,Crowborough and Maidstone.

I also work at the Cygnet Hospital Godden Green in Sevenoaks - appointments here are usually via GP referral and with private medical insurance cover such as BUPA, AXA PPP etc.

Appointment times are currently available on Wednesdays & Saturdays - other appointment times (usually evenings) may be possible by prior arrangement.
Fees:
Payment by cash or cheque with guarantee card (sorry no credit/debit cards as they would make the sessions more expensive)
At Four Elms:
• Cognitive Hypnotherapy / NLP / EFT - £45 per hour
(this includes extra analysis work outside of the sessions & recording of any CD's)
• Reiki - £30 per hour
At the Holistic Health Centre in Tunbridge Wells:
• Cognitive Hypnotherapy / NLP / EFT - £65 per hour
(this includes extra analysis work outside of the sessions & recording of any CD's)
Each session generally runs for one hour so please ensure you arrive promptly for your appointment to make the most of your therapy time.
I always aim to help clients solve their issues as quickly as possible, usually this is within 3 or 4 sessions although obviously this varies somewhat depending on the client, their problem, and their motivation for change.
If you need to cancel a session please let me know at least 24hrs prior to your appointment so that the time can be released to other clients - less than this and I may charge a 50% cancellation fee.
