To help restore balance and aid healing I use a variety of modern, powerful, drug-free health treatments and techniques including Cognitive Hypnotherapy / Hypnosis with WordWeaving™, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki.

I'm based in the small peaceful village of Four Elms in Kent, near to the borders with Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex, close to the nearby towns of Edenbridge, Westerham, Sevenoaks, Oxted, East Grinstead, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, and easily accessible from the M25 (J5 or J6), M23 and M20. Holistic Therapy is devoted to two things: evaluating you as a whole person and treating you as an individual within an effective therapeutic relationship.
